Data Protection in Conjunction with Applicable Legislation
ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE, S.L., being the owners of the websites http://www.ieseinsight.com and http://www.iesep.com, in conformity with the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (L.O. 15/1999 of December 13) and the Spanish Law on the Information Society and e-Commerce (LSSI-CE 34/2002 of June 11), have implemented the pertinent policies, means and procedures to ensure and protect the privacy of the personal data of its USERS.

By submitting his/her personal data and e-mail information as required for the formalization and administrative management as well as the carrying out and development of all activities of an educational and/or institutional nature deriving from ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE, S.L., the interested party expressly AUTHORIZES the aforementioned entity to use said data for communication purposes, which expressly includes e-mail correspondence.
The personal data of the USERS, along with those deriving from the access to, use of, or subscription to the service, shall exclusively be used for automated handling and transfer according to the manner and purpose established and expressly authorized by the USERS.

The registration of the personal data submitted at the time of subscription to courses, seminars, publications, products or other services, and any other data provided during the process, shall also imply the voluntary acceptance of the USER with regard to the handling of said personal data by ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE, S.L., so that said data may be segmented or categorized for the purpose of applying them to the activity related to the management of the general administration, information or marketing of our services, creating profiles, analysis of proposals submitted by the USERS/STUDENTS, statistical study of the services and content utilized, tastes and preferences, surveys and forms.

Unless specified otherwise by the USER, in submitting data to ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE the USER voluntarily and expressly accepts that said data may be transferred to IESE University of Navarra for the purpose of delivering information about its activities, events, publications, newsletters and educational programs, and to associated, ancillary and collaborating organizations.
The USER is hereby also informed that the websites of ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE (www.ieseinsight.com and www.iesep.com) are interrelated, so that a USER who registers at either website is automatically registered at the other. The assigned username and password are therefore valid at both sites. As a rule, purchases of products and services will be made via IESE Publishing (www.iesep.com).
Communication with users
By submitting the personal details and email address that are necessary to enable ESTUDIOS Y EDICIONES IESE, S.L. and IESE University of Navarra to send information about their activities, events and educational programs, the USER expressly AUTHORIZES the use of said information for the purpose of communication, expressly including communication by electronic means on the terms stipulated in the Law on Information Society Services and e-Commerce and in the General Telecommunications Law.
Rights of the Interested Parties and the Exercising Thereof
By virtue of the Spanish Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data, USERS, where appropriate, have the right to access, modify, cancel and oppose their personal data and the use, categorization and/or segmentation of personal data.
