One of the ways to study how projects are managed is by reviewing the different stages along the project life cycle. In this note we explore on of the most important stages, the planning of activities. In the project planning stage we use the definition of the project to develop the details of the different tasks that will have to be performed, and prepare an initial feasible schedule of resources and corresponding budget.
