The start of a new year is an opportune time to take stock of where we want to go in the year ahead – and to try to put the last year marked by the global financial crisis behind us. What are the main challenges facing managers in 2010? What should they resolve to do in order to tackle those challenges? We put these questions to various IESE professors representing vital areas of general management. They give their take on what managers ought to be considering now, to help get the business world back in shape.
